OfferThe second element of a contract to make it valid is there must be an offer. An offer is when one party makes a proposition to one or more parties to enter into a legally binding contract. An offer can be made to anyone, whether be a particular person or persons, a certain class of persons or to the world. But for an offer to be valid there it must consist of certain rules. The first of these rules are that the offer must be clearly communicated between both parties including all terms and conditions of the offer. The Offer can be declined and any point in time in advance to accepting the offer. The offer can only be made to someone of legal age for that offer, any offers made to infants or underage persons will make the offer invalid and the offer will be revoked. Finally the offer must be legal, and offer which is illegal, for example any illicit drugs is an invalid contract and not legally binding. (Green, 2013)
